#Tag-L is a spinoff of the science and technology institution (ICT) Center for Advanced Research Wernher von Braun, which is born from a technological platform developed by the center. Relying on multiple hardware devices and advanced algorithms, #Tag-L provides solutions for locating and tracking assets in specific areas of interest. #Tag-L is focused on Internal and External Supply Chain Logistics applications, which benefit from the products and services in this portfolio.

Solutions for management, productivity, loading, unloading, storage, stock, identification, movement, tracking (internal) and location of assets - without a focus on safety - inputs, products and people focused on optimizations, automation and intelligence of Logistics 4.0 are addressed.

Our services are customized according to the client's needs: we take care of the case study, the development of accessory software for integration with ERP or other legacy systems that the client has, in addition to implementation, tests, structuring of dashboards for data visualization and training for the teams.

Solution for Location of Assets and People

Solution that allows tracking of people and assets based on IoT devices and systems for the storage, analysis and presentation of the information collected in report and dashboard format.

  • Indoor Positioning: Indoor positioning solution that allows the determination of the location of people and assets safely and accurately indoors

  • Outdoor Positioning: Identification and location solution in urban environments using mobile data collection points, boarding certification, delivery certification, etc. It is possible to collect positioning data for products or assets en route, improving process visibility. The solution is not security-oriented (with stolen item recovery), but rather focuses on optimizing operations

    Asset Identification
    and Tracking

    We demonstrate in real operations using proprietary hardware for the identification and tracking of various assets in industrial plants. One example was the application of the solution in monitoring airport trolleys, so that we could monitor them throughout the site (closed and open areas) and to facilitate the collection of items. Another example was the use of the solution to identify large returnable packages for effective management.

    Cargo Identification and
    Location

    We demonstrate how our solution, combining some technologies, can identify and locate moving items such as vehicular cargo. The system works with the capture of data by mobile reading points that send the information to the cloud and, in turn, are made available to the customer. The solution was tested with large carriers, both in scenarios where the tracking device was hidden in shipping boxes, in shipping cages and even indelibly shipped to products. We tested the solution on the São Paulo - Rio de Janeiro route and in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, with great success.

    Product Identification
    and Tracking

    We demonstrated in multiple usage scenarios how we could indelibly embed the solution in products, so that their tracking can be done throughout their life cycle, with emphasis on tracking in transport. One example was the use of our on-board hardware in packaging of hazardous material with high added value, where we were able to follow its entire transport cycle to the end customer.
